Like many other firms, our fourth quarter revenues were impacted by the government shutdown and the associated procurement and milestone recognition delays were deeper than anticipated. Over the past 3 years, we have fundamentally transformed Kopin from a legacy microdisplay company into a strategically positioned, vertically integrated and advanced technology platform company.

Let me start by thanking our franchisees, restaurant teams and company employees who together as One Wendy's, have stayed focused on improving restaurant operations elevating the customer experience and enhancing franchisee economics. Internationally, our business continues to expand in key growth markets, and we are excited to have recently signed a franchise agreement to expand into China, further strengthening our development pipeline, I'll share more on this in a moment.
During this quarter, we continued scaling our HPC platform at Lake Mariner with 60 megawatts of critical IT capacity energized and generating revenue as of March 31. Importantly, this is the first period, where HPC leasing is meaningfully reflected in our financials, contributing $21 million of lease revenue during the quarter. At the same time, we are transitioning portions of our legacy mining footprint to support higher-value HPC workloads.
