Alphabet's YouTube and Snap have reached settlements in the first case set for trial in litigation seeking to force ‌social media platforms to cover the costs school districts incur to combat a youth ‌mental health crisis they say the companies fueled. The settlements were detailed in court filings on Friday in federal court in Oakland, California, and resolve claims by a Kentucky school district that is still due to take Facebook and Instagram parent Meta Platforms and TikTok to trial on June 15. Terms of the settlements with Breathitt County School District in rural Eastern Kentucky were not disclosed.

The Santa Clara, California-based chip giant, whose earnings are due next week, is worth roughly $5.3 trillion and recently surpassed the entire S&P 500 healthcare sector in market value, according to Barron's. Essentially, Nvidia is proving to be more than just another mega-cap tech s

The Trump‑Era Rally Keeps Extending, and 2 Stocks Still Look Undervalued

The Trump-era rally is alive, well, and could bring markets to more elevated heights as we move through the summer months. Undoubtedly, not everyone is bullish on stocks at fresh highs, especially since the war with Iran could drag on for some weeks or even months longer. As a potential inflation wave clashes with an ... President Donald Trump’s tax cuts, deregulation push, and pro-business policies embedded in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act have ... The S&P 500 Just Did Something It’s Only Done 3 Times Before. While NVDA Dominates Headlines, Here’s Where the Real AI Economics Are Hiding

NVIDIA (NASDAQ:NVDA) is the stock dominating every retirement account discussion, every cable hit, and every chart on Twitter, and the multi-year run is precisely why. The more important signal sits elsewhere. Semiconductor revenue is cyclical. Always has been.
