
President Trump’s tariff and electric-vehicle policies are colliding with Volkswagen’s plans for the large and lucrative U.S. market. The WSJ’s Stephen Wilmot reports that Volkswagen is shaking up its U.S. leadership for the second time in two years as the world’s second-largest carmaker aims to revive its American business.
