Verizon bids $3.2 billion to win US spectrum licenses

Verizon ‌Communications successfully ‌bid nearly $3.2 billion ​for wireless licenses in a Federal ‌Communications ⁠Commission auction for mid-band ⁠spectrum, the agency said ​Friday. AT&T, ​T-Mobile ​and Space ‌X also won spectrum licenses in the auction that ‌raised ​about $3.5 ​billion.
