Chinese leader Xi Jinping and President Donald Trump are set to meet later this month in yet another bid to stabilize the relationship—and extend a a truce struck last fall. The planned Sept. 24 meeting in Washington D.C., which Beijing has still yet to confirm, will mark Xi’s first trip to the capitol in more than a decade.
