Shares of Wayfair soared Tuesday after the furniture retailer reported better-than-expected second-quarter earnings, with sequential revenue growth at its best level since 2020. The company posted adjusted earnings of 95 cents a share, up from 87 cents a year ago and above Wall Street expectations of 90 cents. Net revenue in the period grew nearly 8% from a year earlier to $3.52 billion, beating the analyst consensus call for $3.47 billion.
