Federal prosecutors have charged two former staffers at Robinhood Markets with fraud, according to a complaint filed Tuesday in the Southern District of New York. The complaint alleges that the two defendants were working as engineers at Robinhood when they used confidential company information to trade perpetual futures on the trading platform Hyperliquid.
