Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo and Barclays have committed to provide $6 billion of debt financing split between $3 billion each of a senior secured term loan facility and a bridge facility to support QXO’s acquisition of TopBuild Corp. in a cash-and-stock deal valued at approximately $17 billion.
