Viasat Shares Gain Ground After Satellite LaunchShares of satellite operator Viasat gained 2.1% Wednesday after SpaceX confirmed it deployed the company’s latest big satellite. Viasat Chief Executive Mark Dankberg said the satellite would help it address its main customer groups in the region, including airlines and government agencies. Viasat has faced intensifying competition in recent years from SpaceX’s Starlink satellite-internet business that have weighed on its shares.
