A fire-damaged aluminum rolling plant in upstate New York that supplies Ford Motor and other automakers will return to service in the next few weeks, its owner said Tuesday. The restart of the Oswego, N.Y., Novelis plant is running slightly ahead of the company’s earlier target for restarting the plant at the end of June, the company said.
