Prosus NV (PROSY) is moving to cut its exposure to Delivery Hero SE (DELHY) again, selling a 5% stake to Aspex Management in a deal that could sharpen investor attention on the German e-commerce firm's asset-sale strategy. The transaction is set at 22 a share, giving Prosus about 335 million, with the price representing a 22% premium to Delivery Hero's 30-day volume weighted average price. The sale also comes at a higher level than Prosus's April transaction with Uber Technologies (NYSE:UBER), when it sold a 4.5% stake at a price that was about 10% lower than the latest deal.
