The program has faced regulatory delays, staff cuts, technical problems - and some pretty spectacular mishaps.</p><p>:: a viral hit</p><p>Two drones have collided. And one dropped a package straight into a customer’s swimming pool - a viral hit.</p><p>:: hurdles to clear</p><p>There’s still plenty of hurdles to clear.
