Coinbase Global said Tuesday that it is launching a slew of products, including perpetual futures contracts linked to equity indexes, in a bid to become a one-stop exchange for Americans’ trading needs. The largest U.S. crypto exchange said it is launching perpetual futures tied to indexes tracking four themes: artificial intelligence, China, defense and the top 100 Nasdaq-listed companies. Perpetual futures are a type of popular crypto derivative that never expires and trades 24/7.
