China has launched a cybersecurity review of products sold in the country by U.S. company Palo Alto Networks, citing risks ‌to critical information infrastructure and national security, the country's cyberspace regulator said on ‌Thursday. The Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) said the review was initiated under China's national security and cybersecurity laws. It did ​not identify the products involved, detail alleged vulnerabilities or say what action Palo Alto could face.

OpenAI unveiled Daybreak Monday night, positioning its new cybersecurity product as an answer to Anthropic's Mythos as other cybersecurity stocks hold steady.
