Russell 1000 Is Hiding Some Big AI WinnersThe Russell 1000--an index tracking the top 1,000 stocks with a small market value--has 16 members that have gained more than 1,000% since Oct. 12, 2022, when the broad market bottomed. At the top of the list is Vertiv Holdings, a stock that has gained 3,307% in that period. "Almost all of these stocks are in one form or another an AI play," pointed out Bespoke Investment Group in a note.
